Job Requirements
- experience within high volume restaurants with equally high standards
- 2 years line experience highly preferred
- knowledge of stocking and prepping a station daily
- ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- flexibility to rotate station responsibilities
- ability to execute daily special menu items
- punctuality and weekly flexibility
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk over 4 hours daily
- full time availability
