Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move through the dining area for long periods
- Must be able to carry trays weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must comply with all Seneca Gaming Corporation policies and procedures
- Ability to speak English clearly and interact positively with guests
- Completion of all required training within nine months
- Must maintain professional appearance and adherence to uniform policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- At least three years of fine dining server experience preferred
- Proficient in large tray service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Organized and efficient time management
- Team player
Job Duties
- Report to work on time and well-groomed wearing full uniform with badge on upper left side
- Provide professional, friendly, and courteous food and beverage service to guests
- Maintain full knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily features
- Greet guests within one minute and serve with positive body language
- Serve and clear tables, replenish beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Be knowledgeable of fine dining American service standards and proper wine service
- Follow all policies and procedures including liquor laws and company guidelines
- Assist co-workers and perform side work duties as assigned by management
- Maintain an organized, clean work station and dining area
- Observe and report guest feedback to management promptly
