Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- customer service and at least three years of fine dining server experience preferred
- proficient in large tray service
- must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the dining room for a lengthy period of time
- must be able to carry trays which may weigh up to fifty pounds
- must be able to assist with special needs of customers such as helping the elderly from their chair, assisting with coats, pulling out chairs for the guests
- must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- must complete all required SGC training programs within nine months from commencement of employment

Job Duties
- Report to work on time, well-groomed in full uniform with badge on upper left side of uniform
- provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests
- be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language
- maintain full knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily features
- have a strong understanding of fine dining philosophy and goals and be supportive of them at all times
- be knowledgeable of American Service standards and proper wine service
- greet all guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner
