Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary certification or equivalent combination of culinary training and experience
- 1+ years of experience in commercial foodservice
- Experience in food preparation and equipment
- Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
- Ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and be exposed to heat and other conditions
- Ability to lift 80 lbs and manage heavier weights with team assistance

- Ability to execute high-volume production
Job Duties
- Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
- Prepackage condiments such as sauces and dressings for prepared food items
- Complete tasks at assigned work station
- Assist in multiple cooking venues
- Assist in technical areas and catering orders as needed
- Master recipe preparation including daily production accounting for raw material variations and customer demand
- Prepare, package, and plate fresh product
- Perform other duties as assigned
