Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary certification or equivalent combination of culinary training and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial foodservice
  • Experience in food preparation and equipment
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
  • Ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, and be exposed to heat and other conditions
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs and manage heavier weights with team assistance

  • Experience in food preparation and equipment

  • Understanding of nutritional values and ingredients

  • Ability to execute high-volume production

Job Duties

  • Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
  • Prepackage condiments such as sauces and dressings for prepared food items
  • Complete tasks at assigned work station
  • Assist in multiple cooking venues
  • Assist in technical areas and catering orders as needed
  • Master recipe preparation including daily production accounting for raw material variations and customer demand
  • Prepare, package, and plate fresh product
  • Perform other duties as assigned
