Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- experience in restaurant leadership
- experience in H-E-B restaurant preferred
- experience with restaurant point of sale (POS) systems preferred
- completion of alcohol seller training and cash handling training upon hire
- ability to function in fast-paced retail environment
- ability to work extended hours and rotating schedules
- ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- ability to frequently reach at waist and grasp
- frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic materials
- frequent standing and walking
- frequent exposure to wet and cold conditions
- occasional reaching overhead, at shoulder, knee, floor
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push, pull with arms
- ability to perform fine motor movements and shoulder circumduction

Job Duties
- Provide work direction and supervise Partners
- serve as communication conduit for management
- train Partners on customer service, compliance, food safety, sanitation, and equipment operation
- work with manager during peak times and perform closing responsibilities
- assist in inventory control and purchasing duties
- perform front-of-house service duties
- provide superior customer service and promote a safe environment for all guests
- answer customer questions and assist with menu and beverage selections
- provide detailed information on menu items, specials, beer, and wine
- address and resolve complaints
- merchandise products effectively using suggestive selling
- perform front-of-house partner duties frequently
- perform back-of-house duties including food preparation, plating, and ingredient ordering
- ensure compliance with TABC regulations
- ensure compliance with department and store standard operating procedures
- complete required logs for area of responsibility
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment
