Job Duties

  • exhibit conduct in accordance with all gaming commission regulations and seminole tribe of florida departmental policies and procedures
  • control the function of their section and assist in contributing to the overall food and beverage department profit
  • ensure all menus and food produced in their section is to the standards set down by the management team
  • recreate recipes, techniques and menu items as directed by management
  • be part of on-the-job training sessions with all staff
  • responsible for daily preparation of all food requirements and daily specials for their section
  • communicate with the chefs to order proper quantities for the following shifts
  • ensure service is fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused
  • ensure that the above applies in accordance with established standards in respect of preparation, storage, sanitation and general hygiene
  • conduct regular cleaning within kitchen outlets
  • demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations
  • demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the company’s mission and values of communication, integrity, fun, respect, accountability, passion and dedication
  • ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the ethics hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
  • ensure activities comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, legal demands and professional and ethical standards
