Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units at Sacramento State
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA overall
- Proficiency with Word
- Proficiency with Outlook
- Experience with calendars/scheduling
- Experience in working with volunteers
- Marketing and/or promotional experience
- Proficiency with social media
Job Qualifications
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units at Sacramento State
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA overall
- Proficiency with Word, Outlook
- Experience with calendars/scheduling
- Experience in working with volunteers
- Marketing and/or promotional experience
- Proficiency with social media
- Experience as a KSSU staff member or volunteer (preferred)
- Operating knowledge of in-studio and remote equipment (preferred)
- Proficiency in Photoshop or other design apps and programs (preferred)
- Knowledge of audio editing (preferred)
Job Duties
- Coordinates all publicity and promotional activities for the station
- Assists the Student Services Coordinator with scheduling and planning promotional events including remote DJ services
- Facilitates volunteer involvement with promotional events
- Maintains contacts with on campus partners for possible event collaborations
- Compiles promotional items for remotes, on air give-a-ways, social media giveaways
- Coordinates and tracks all giveaways
- Produces, in coordination with volunteers, show commercials, station IDs and other promotional audio for KSSU and its programming
- Assists the Student Services Coordinator with maintaining all promotional items such as A-frames, signs, stickers, giveaways
- Develops promotional campaigns and manages all social media efforts
- Other duties as assigned
