Job Duties

  • Prepare one plated date night dinner weekly
  • prepare breakfast at 7:15 am four days per week
  • prepare nightly dinners ready for reheating family style three nights per week
  • prepare daily informal lunches for mom and kids if not in school, fresh and plated
  • make meals on Friday for reheating on the weekend
  • prepare occasional plated dinners for friends and extended family planned in advance
  • keep healthy snacks ready and available
  • provide coffee service and light snacks for business meetings or guests at home planned in advance
  • perform weekly meal planning
  • send weekly menu to principals on Fridays for the coming week
  • conduct grocery shopping at quality stores, online and via Instacart when needed
  • cook on site at a secondary residence and deliver to main residence or cook onsite at main residence
  • be available for dinners and events as planned
  • check expiry dates on all pantry, refrigerator and freezer foods
  • maintain a light and quiet footprint inside the residences
  • log food macros for calorie and nutrient tracking
  • plan and coordinate meals with hotels for the principal while on travel
