Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for completing paperwork and inventory management

- Full time availability during all hours of operation including pre-opening and post-closing
- Valid state driver’s license

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Coach and correct team members
- Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by assigning shift duties and following up
- Direct team to ensure food items are prepared and served according to health and company regulations
- Cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- Place campaign materials upon request
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards
- Monitor accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts
- Complete end of shift, end of day paperwork and communicate discrepancies
- Perform daily, weekly, and end of period administrative tasks in absence of Restaurant Manager
- Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by adhering to safety laws
- Complete incident reports following company policy
- Partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
