Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in food production or processing
- ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly
- ability to move carts with up to 100-pound bags
- good problem-solving skills
- ability to read and perform basic math
- familiarity with weights and measurements
- commitment to food safety and cleanliness

Job Duties
- prepare dough and ingredients according to recipe standards
- monitor and operate doughnut-making equipment including proofers and fryers
- apply glazes, icings, and fillings to doughnuts
- troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- document production specs, readings, and waste
- assist team members and leaders as needed
