Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury event coordination or hospitality management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or event management
- Advanced knowledge of wine, particularly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-value relationships
- Experience in strategic program development
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through relationship building
Job Duties
- Lead comprehensive planning and execution of exclusive private events and consumer experiences
- Serve as primary contact for high-value members from initial consultation through follow-up
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to assess event impact and maintain seamless luxury operations
- Lead development and execution of ambassador programming including private tastings and regional experiences
- Support hospitality team and daily luxury operations
- Host winery experiences ensuring all member interactions exceed expectations
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors to ensure event success
