Job Duties
- Prepare specified menu items with quality and timeliness
- Perform food preparation tasks
- Maintain sanitation including emptying garbage and cleaning cooking lines
- Rotate stock and label products properly
- Uphold high cooking standards
- Complete side work as assigned by management such as cleaning and restocking
- Control costs through portion management
- Carry out clean-up duties including line area, grill, fryer, floors, cooler, and freezers
- Work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
- Follow all company, health, and safety policies
- Arrive on time for shifts
- Maintain an upbeat and energetic attitude
