Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • communicate effectively in English
  • one year of customer service experience
  • ability to work with electronic devices including ipads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices
  • effective communication skills
  • pass a background check and drug screen
  • eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances
  • flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • one year of customer service experience
  • ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices
  • effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • pass a background check and drug screen
  • eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal - as applicable)
  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
  • effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations and procedures
  • provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
  • coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience
  • exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • perform any additional duties as assigned by management
