Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • willingness to follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • previous experience in food preparation preferred
  • basic understanding of inventory management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • cook and prepare product according to mcdonald's standards to be served to our customers
  • stock-up kitchen to ensure there is sufficient stocked product for fast and efficient service
  • follow food-safety standards at all times
  • clean kitchen, stockroom and backroom areas as needed or when asked
  • assist in cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed or when asked
  • help in controlling the cost of food by assisting to track waste and assists in inventorying product
  • collaborate with team members for efficient kitchen operations
