Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry including restaurant, bar, nightclub, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management or supervisor role
  • Experience with inventory management and food cost control
  • Strong understanding of FOH and BOH operations
  • Ability to lead by example in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in person at the venue location

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen experience preferred
  • Additional management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead, train, and coach servers, bartenders, line cooks, prep, and dish staff
  • Create and manage staff schedules to balance labor cost with business needs
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service including greeting guests, supporting staff, resolving issues
  • Ensure all opening, shift, and closing procedures are followed correctly
  • Track and manage inventory for food, beverages, and supplies
  • Place and receive orders and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Monitor and control food cost, waste, and portioning
  • Implement systems for accurate inventory counts and par levels
  • Ensure high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain ticket times and food quality
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with local regulations
  • Ensure staff compliance with alcohol service and food safety policies
