Job Requirements
- Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
- able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willing to follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- punctual and dependable
- able to work daytime shifts primarily between 8am and 4pm
- no Sundays or late-night shifts
- quick learner and detail-oriented
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
- ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail in food preparation
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh produce for menu items
- cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
- organize and maintain a clean lobby
- manage advanced dishwasher operations
- maintain clean and organized kitchen areas
- adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- provide excellent hospitality and teamwork
