Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software and kitchen equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to support bartender and run bar when needed
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to move effectively and efficiently around bar and kitchen area
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and organized manner
- Deliver food and assist guests as needed
- Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Promote the Drury culture by engaging positively with customers and co-workers
- Answer questions regarding the hotel, local area, and events
- Support bartender and run bar operations when needed
