Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
- Ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to move effectively around bar and kitchen areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality is an asset
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment usage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of health and safety standards in food handling
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
- Deliver food orders promptly to guests and assist them as needed
- Present high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times
- Support the bartender as needed without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Operate POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment effectively
- Communicate with customers and team members and handle difficult situations professionally
