Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, sauces, stocks, breads, and other items according to the Daily Prep List
  • Use kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Communicate clearly and cooperatively with managers and kitchen personnel
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Help ensure food quality and safety standards are met
