  • ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS software
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • ability to deal diplomatically with difficult situations and people
  • ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • ability to effectively move around bar and kitchen areas

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders
