Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment used including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
  • Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people professionally
  • Ability to support bartender but not make or pour alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • Ability to efficiently move around bar and kitchen area

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal directions in English
  • Ability to operate kitchen machines, POS software, and other equipment
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Knowledge of hotel, area, and events is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • Maintain the food prep area in a clean and organized manner
  • Deliver food orders and assist guests as needed
  • Uphold a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
  • Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas
