Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate machines and equipment used including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people professionally
- Ability to support bartender but not make or pour alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to efficiently move around bar and kitchen area
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal directions in English
- Ability to operate kitchen machines, POS software, and other equipment
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of hotel, area, and events is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and organized manner
- Deliver food orders and assist guests as needed
- Uphold a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas
