  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment including POS software and dishwashers
  • effective communication skills with customers and team members
  • ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • physical ability to move efficiently in bar and kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • fulfill guest orders following company policies and procedures
  • maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to customers and co-workers
  • answer questions with general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
  • support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
