Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
- Ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred
- Ability to follow recipe cards and standard procedures
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
- Deliver food and assist guests as needed
- Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of responsible areas
- Answer questions with general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
