Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
  • Ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to follow recipe cards and standard procedures
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • Deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
  • Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of responsible areas
  • Answer questions with general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
