Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
  • ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting professionalism
  • ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • ability to effectively and efficiently move around bar and kitchen area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders
  • maintain the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner
  • deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
  • support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • operate kitchen machines and equipment including POS software and dishwashers
  • answer guest questions with general hotel and area knowledge
