Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
- ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting professionalism
- ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- ability to effectively and efficiently move around bar and kitchen area

Job Duties
- prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders
- maintain the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner
- deliver food and assist guests as needed
- present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
- support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- operate kitchen machines and equipment including POS software and dishwashers
- answer guest questions with general hotel and area knowledge
