Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software and kitchen tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to support bartender but not make or pour alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen area

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions in English
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS software
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professionalism in handling difficult situations
  • Basic knowledge of hotel, area and events for guest inquiries

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • Maintain the food prep area in a clean and organized manner
  • Deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Operate machines and equipment including POS software and dishwashers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers
