Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software and kitchen tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to support bartender but not make or pour alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen area
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions in English
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS software
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Professionalism in handling difficult situations
- Basic knowledge of hotel, area and events for guest inquiries
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and organized manner
- Deliver food and assist guests as needed
- Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Operate machines and equipment including POS software and dishwashers
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers
