- One year bartending experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve drinks
- Ability to handle money and operate machines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to open and close bar
- Ability to make change
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year bartending experience required
- Two or more years of bartender experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
- Ability to take written and verbal directions and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve drinks efficiently
- Ability to handle money and operate office machines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to open and close bar
- Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make change
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain food prep and bar areas in a clean and organized manner
- Serve and assist guests promptly and courteously
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
- Handle money, make change, and operate point-of-sale software and kitchen equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
