Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year bartending experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve drinks
  • Ability to handle money and operate machines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to open and close bar
  • Ability to make change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year bartending experience required
  • Two or more years of bartender experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
  • Ability to take written and verbal directions and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve drinks efficiently
  • Ability to handle money and operate office machines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to open and close bar
  • Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make change

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain food prep and bar areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Serve and assist guests promptly and courteously
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
  • Handle money, make change, and operate point-of-sale software and kitchen equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
