Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant or bar management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant and bar management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staffing levels efficiently
  • Experience coordinating training and onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures in food and beverage industry
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Drive service standards, guest experience & culture of excellence through the leadership of assigned venue
  • Maintain high level of communication standards with leadership, staff & guests
  • Manage all exempt & non-exempt staff and maintain sufficient staffing levels
  • Coach & develop teams for success
  • Coordinate pre-opening practice meals, parties & associated invite lists and logistics
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute pre-opening training for FOH and BOH staff
  • Source, recruit, staff, and onboard management and hourly staff & standard operating procedures
  • Execute training plans for new hire and ongoing development
