Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant or bar management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant and bar management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage staffing levels efficiently
- Experience coordinating training and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures in food and beverage industry
- Ability to foster a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Drive service standards, guest experience & culture of excellence through the leadership of assigned venue
- Maintain high level of communication standards with leadership, staff & guests
- Manage all exempt & non-exempt staff and maintain sufficient staffing levels
- Coach & develop teams for success
- Coordinate pre-opening practice meals, parties & associated invite lists and logistics
- Collaborate with leadership to execute pre-opening training for FOH and BOH staff
- Source, recruit, staff, and onboard management and hourly staff & standard operating procedures
- Execute training plans for new hire and ongoing development
