Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Ability to operate machines and equipment such as POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
- Ability to support bartender but not make or pour alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to move efficiently around the bar and kitchen area

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- Maintain the food preparation area in a clean and organized manner
- Deliver food and assist guests as needed
- Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to customers and coworkers
- Support bartender operations without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Answer questions about the hotel, area, and local events
