Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • Ability to speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment such as POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
  • Ability to support bartender but not make or pour alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around the bar and kitchen area

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • Maintain the food preparation area in a clean and organized manner
  • Deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to customers and coworkers
  • Support bartender operations without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Answer questions about the hotel, area, and local events
