Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal directions in English
  • Ability to operate POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience beneficial
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Proficient in operating kitchen and bar-related equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in busy and diverse environments
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders
  • Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • Deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
  • Support bartenders without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Operate POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, handling difficult situations diplomatically
