Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal directions in English
- Ability to operate POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or hospitality experience beneficial
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Proficient in operating kitchen and bar-related equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in busy and diverse environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
- Deliver food and assist guests as needed
- Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
- Support bartenders without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Operate POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, handling difficult situations diplomatically
