Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment including POS software and dishwashers
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to support bartender duties without handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- Ability to move efficiently in bar and kitchen environment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards and company policies
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
- Deliver food and assist guests as needed
- Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
- Maintain general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer guest questions
- Support the bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Clean and maintain assigned work areas
