Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year of bartending experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications
  • Ability to handle money and operate office machines
  • Ability to manage difficult situations professionally
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies and cleanliness
  • Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year of bartending experience required
  • Two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
  • Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar area
  • Serve and assist guests with drinks and hospitality
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle money transactions, make change, and operate POS and other office equipment
  • Perform bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server duties as needed
  • Maintain professional and diplomatic interactions with guests and team members
