Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year of bartending experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain certifications
- Ability to handle money and operate office machines
- Ability to manage difficult situations professionally
- Ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies and cleanliness
- Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make change
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year of bartending experience required
- Two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
- Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
- Ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar area
- Serve and assist guests with drinks and hospitality
- Mix and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages in a fast-paced environment
- Handle money transactions, make change, and operate POS and other office equipment
- Perform bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server duties as needed
- Maintain professional and diplomatic interactions with guests and team members
