Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years old or older
  • one experience bartending required
  • requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to obtain and maintain certifications per company requirements
  • ability to handle money and operate relevant machines
  • ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations
  • ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • must be 21 years old or older
  • one experience bartending required
  • two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred
  • requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of two years of college preferred
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform multiple roles such as bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server
  • ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines
  • ability to operate machines and equipment including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people while maintaining professionalism
  • ability to open and close bar, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness
  • ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change

Job Duties

  • open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, well-organized manner
  • serve and assist guests with drinks and hospitality needs
  • provide knowledgeable answers regarding the hotel, local area, and events
  • mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • handle monetary transactions including making change and operating POS systems
  • perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server or other positions as needed
