Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • One year bartending experience
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively
  • Ability to handle money and make change
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform multiple roles as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience bartending required
  • Two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to mix and serve various drinks quickly and accurately
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar areas
  • Serve and assist guests with a high standard of integrity and hospitality
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server or other positions as needed
  • Handle money transactions, make change, and use POS and other office machines
  • Obtain and maintain all necessary certifications per company requirements
