Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • one year experience bartending required
  • requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server
  • requires ability to obtain and maintain all company-required certifications
  • ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines
  • ability to operate bar-related machines and equipment
  • ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people
  • ability to open and close bar and maintain supply areas
  • ability to distinguish between currency denominations and make change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • one year experience bartending required
  • two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred
  • requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of two years of college preferred
  • ability to take written and verbal direction and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server duties
  • ability to obtain and maintain all certifications required by the company
  • ability to handle money and operate relevant machines
  • ability to manage difficult situations professionally
  • ability to open and close bar and maintain necessary supplies

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain food prep and bar areas in a clean and well-organized manner
  • serve and assist guests with a high standard of hospitality
  • mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server or other positions as needed
  • handle money, make change, and utilize office machines
  • diplomatically deal with difficult situations and individuals while maintaining professionalism
