Job Requirements

must be 21 years old or older
one experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively
ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines
ability to operate machines and equipment including cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
excellent customer service skills
ability to handle difficult situations professionally
ability to open and close bar and maintain clean and stocked areas
ability to distinguish currency and make change

Job Qualifications

must be 21 years old or older

high school diploma or equivalent, completion of two years of college preferred
ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively
excellent customer service skills
ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations professionally
ability to open and close bar, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness
ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change

Job Duties

open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean and organized manner
serve and assist guests with drink orders
mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
answer guest questions about the hotel, local area, and events
handle money, make change, and utilize office machines and POS software
