Job Requirements
- must be 21 years old or older
- one experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively
- ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines
- ability to operate machines and equipment including cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- ability to open and close bar and maintain clean and stocked areas
- ability to distinguish currency and make change
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years old or older

- high school diploma or equivalent, completion of two years of college preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations professionally
- ability to open and close bar, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness
- ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
Job Duties
- open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
- maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean and organized manner
- serve and assist guests with drink orders
- mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
- answer guest questions about the hotel, local area, and events
- handle money, make change, and utilize office machines and POS software
