Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- one year experience bartending required
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain and maintain certifications
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment
- proficient with cash handling and office machines
- capable of managing bar opening and closing procedures
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep and bar areas
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- one year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent, two years of college preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- ability to mix and serve drinks quickly
- capable of handling money and operating cash register and POS software
- ability to open and close the bar and maintain necessary supplies
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar according to company policies
- maintain a clean and organized food prep and bar area
- serve and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality
- mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
- handle money accurately, make change, and utilize office machines
- communicate effectively with guests and team members, resolving difficult situations diplomatically
