Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • one year experience bartending required
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to obtain and maintain certifications
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment
  • proficient with cash handling and office machines
  • capable of managing bar opening and closing procedures
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep and bar areas

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • one year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent, two years of college preferred
  • ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • ability to mix and serve drinks quickly
  • capable of handling money and operating cash register and POS software
  • ability to open and close the bar and maintain necessary supplies

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar according to company policies
  • maintain a clean and organized food prep and bar area
  • serve and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality
  • mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
  • handle money accurately, make change, and utilize office machines
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members, resolving difficult situations diplomatically
