Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year of bartending experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate company certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve a variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money and make change correctly
  • Ability to operate cash registers and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain area cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate company certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers, POS software, dishwashers and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to manage money and make correct change

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies
  • Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean and organized manner
  • Serve and assist guests with high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed
  • Handle money, make change, and utilize office machines for daily operations
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members, managing difficult situations professionally
