Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year of bartending experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate company certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve a variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle money and make change correctly
- Ability to operate cash registers and kitchen equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to open and close bar and maintain area cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate company certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash registers, POS software, dishwashers and kitchen equipment
- Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to manage money and make correct change
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies
- Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean and organized manner
- Serve and assist guests with high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed
- Handle money, make change, and utilize office machines for daily operations
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, managing difficult situations professionally
