Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One experience bartending required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines
  • Ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment including cash register and POS software
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness
  • Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make accurate change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required, completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to open and close bar, maintain supplies, and clean assigned areas

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks promptly and accurately
  • Serve and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality
  • Handle money, make change, and operate POS systems and other office machines
  • Perform prep cook duties and assist in food preparation
  • Provide general knowledge about the hotel and local area to answer guest questions
