Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One experience bartending required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines
- Ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment including cash register and POS software
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness
- Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make accurate change
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent required, completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to open and close bar, maintain supplies, and clean assigned areas
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean and well-organized manner
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks promptly and accurately
- Serve and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Handle money, make change, and operate POS systems and other office machines
- Perform prep cook duties and assist in food preparation
- Provide general knowledge about the hotel and local area to answer guest questions
