Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending preferred
- Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- Ability to operate bar equipment and machines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bar equipment operation
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation and bar areas
- Serve and assist guests with drink orders promptly and courteously
- Mix a wide variety of drinks accurately and efficiently
- Operate bar equipment including cash registers, dishwashers, and ovens
- Handle currency transactions and make change accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and handle difficult situations professionally
