Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in bartending preferred
  • Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
  • Ability to operate bar equipment and machines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • Prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of drink mixing and bar equipment operation
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation and bar areas
  • Serve and assist guests with drink orders promptly and courteously
  • Mix a wide variety of drinks accurately and efficiently
  • Operate bar equipment including cash registers, dishwashers, and ovens
  • Handle currency transactions and make change accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle difficult situations professionally
