Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year bartending experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Ability to handle money and make change
  • Ability to operate cash register, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to open and close the bar and maintain cleanliness
  • Ability to distinguish currency denominations

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year bartending experience required
  • Two or more years bartending experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment
  • Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people while maintaining professionalism

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain food prep and bar areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist guests by providing excellent customer service and answering questions about the hotel and local area
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
  • Handle money, make change, and operate cash register and POS software
  • Obtain supplies necessary for mixing cocktails and maintain the bar area
