Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or customer service experience desirable
- Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to operate bar equipment effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries
- Operate bar equipment including cash register, dishwashers, and ovens
- Handle cash transactions and make accurate change
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
