Job Requirements

  • Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make change

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience desirable
  • Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to operate bar equipment effectively
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries
  • Operate bar equipment including cash register, dishwashers, and ovens
  • Handle cash transactions and make accurate change
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
