Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • Ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money and use office equipment
  • Ability to operate bar and kitchen machines and equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies
  • Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make appropriate change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications
  • Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Ability to operate cash registers, POS software, kitchen equipment, and dishwashers

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain food prep and bar areas in a clean and well-organized manner
  • Serve and assist guests with integrity, service, and hospitality
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
  • Handle money accurately, make change, and use office machines
  • Provide general knowledge of hotel, local area, and events to guests
