Job Requirements

Must be 21 years old or older
One year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain and maintain certifications per company requirements
Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
Ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle money and use office equipment
Ability to operate bar and kitchen machines and equipment
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies
Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make appropriate change

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years old or older
One year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of college preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications
Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
Excellent customer service and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Ability to operate cash registers, POS software, kitchen equipment, and dishwashers

Job Duties

Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
Maintain food prep and bar areas in a clean and well-organized manner
Serve and assist guests with integrity, service, and hospitality
Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
Handle money accurately, make change, and use office machines
Provide general knowledge of hotel, local area, and events to guests
