Job Requirements

must be 21 years old or older
ability to take written and verbal direction in English
ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
ability to handle money and make change
ability to operate machines and equipment such as cash register and POS software
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to open and close bar and maintain supplies
ability to distinguish between currency denominations

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
one year bartending experience required
two or more years bartending experience preferred
ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
excellent customer service skills
ability to communicate effectively in English
ability to mix and serve drinks efficiently
ability to handle money and use office equipment
knowledge of opening and closing bar duties

Job Duties

open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
maintain food prep and bar areas clean and well-organized
serve and assist guests with drinks and hospitality
provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
handle money, make change, and operate cash registers and POS systems
mix and serve a wide variety of cocktails in a fast-paced environment
answer guest questions regarding the hotel, local area, and events
