Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior related experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Must have effective communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Must perform duties with a sense of urgency
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals
- Ability to operate ware washing machines and cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks and use heavy cleaning machinery
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Performs start up assembly and procedures, on-going operation of, breakdown and cleaning of all ware washing machines
- Safely handles all departmental cleaning and sanitizing chemicals per OSHA, departmental and manufacturer operating standards
- Inserts necessary chemicals, detergents and additives to ware washing machine chemical supply systems
- Ensures that non-carpeted Food & Beverage area floors are clean, free of debris and spills
- Manually and/or mechanically cleans Food & Beverage floors, including refrigerated storage and trash collection areas, using deck brushes, brooms, dust pans, squeegees, mops, scrapers, hoses, pressure washers, chemicals and other equipment
- Manually and/or mechanically washes china, glass, silverware and all other service ware
- Manually and/or mechanically washes pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards and all other kitchen tools and equipment
