Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or enrolled in a GED program with completion required within six months
  • must be 18 years or older
  • willingness and ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • ability to perform all aspects of the position
  • maturity, dependability, and punctuality
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel and participate in training
  • possess or obtain Occupational License and remain in good standing with Illinois Gaming Board

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • adhere to strict hygiene standards at all times
  • clean and maintain dish room and kitchen areas
  • be friendly and courteous
  • assume responsibility for additional tasks
  • inform kitchen leadership of inventory and supply needs
  • operate commercial dishwashing equipment
  • dispose of kitchen garbage according to policies
  • handle and store cleaning chemicals properly
  • wash, rinse, and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of premises
  • follow all operating policies and procedures without deviation
  • be knowledgeable of internal control and fiscal policies
  • perform other duties as assigned
