Job Requirements
- One year of relevant kitchen experience
- Willingness and ability to work overnight shift from 10:00 pm to 6:45 am three days per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- One year of prior relevant kitchen experience in similar environment is preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting
- Team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Job Duties
- Break down load unload and sort dishes glassware and flatware received in the dish area
- Wash and store pots and other kitchen equipment ensuring they are placed in the correct locations
- Operate the dishwashing machine monitoring and adjusting detergent and chemical output as needed
- Inspect clean dishes after washing stacking them properly in specified carts and shelves
- Polish silver copper and brass as needed
- Transport equipment such as hot and cold boxes and deliver to various outlets
- Sweep mop floors and wash floor mats along with cleaning baseboards floor drains hand sinks and cutting boards
- Separate and remove trash placing it in designated containers and steam clean garbage cans
