Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, push, kneel, and walk
- Knowledge of food handling regulations
- Ability to work independently and as a team member

- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and assist team members in food preparation according to menus, recipes, and work instructions
- Clean as you go maintaining neat and food-safe workstations
- Pull trash, sweep, mop and perform general cleaning duties within the facility
- Serve food during planned meal times following department policies and procedures
- Utilize kitchen utensils and equipment to cook, prepare, and serve food according to recipes and nutritional needs
- Adhere to all food safety regulations regarding sanitation, handling, and storage
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas including refrigerators, freezers, cooking and serving equipment
- Function effectively in a fast-paced environment performing routine kitchen tasks while staying organized and clean
- Collect garbage and keep kitchen floors free of food and trash
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Perform other related duties as assigned
