Job Requirements
- Minimum three months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
- Must provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
- Must communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must work under pressure while staying calm and efficient
- Must obtain and maintain Food Handlers Card
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at commission discretion
- No driving responsibilities
- Must meet physical requirements including the ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance in accordance with policy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Job Qualifications

- Capable of performing basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize china, glassware, flatware, and smallware following established procedures
- Maintain and disinfect kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, fryers, refrigerators, tables and stainless-steel surfaces
- Ensure overall cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of workspace and assigned areas
- Sweep, mop floors and clean walls, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, air vents, dish machines and sinks
- Remove trash and garbage following approved methods
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Set up and clean dining area including tables and counters during and after service
- Assist in setup, servicing and breakdown of special functions
- Remove soiled linen and participate in food preparation as needed
- Support team members as assigned and complete special projects on time
- Perform other duties to support efficient department operation
