Job Requirements

  • Minimum three months of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
  • Must provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
  • Must communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Must work under pressure while staying calm and efficient
  • Must obtain and maintain Food Handlers Card
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at commission discretion
  • No driving responsibilities
  • Must meet physical requirements including the ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance in accordance with policy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Job Qualifications

  • Capable of performing basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize china, glassware, flatware, and smallware following established procedures
  • Maintain and disinfect kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, fryers, refrigerators, tables and stainless-steel surfaces
  • Ensure overall cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of workspace and assigned areas
  • Sweep, mop floors and clean walls, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, air vents, dish machines and sinks
  • Remove trash and garbage following approved methods
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Set up and clean dining area including tables and counters during and after service
  • Assist in setup, servicing and breakdown of special functions
  • Remove soiled linen and participate in food preparation as needed
  • Support team members as assigned and complete special projects on time
  • Perform other duties to support efficient department operation
