Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- No prior kitchen experience required but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential

Job Duties
- Assist with basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables portioning ingredients and preparing sauces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including washing dishes sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly
- Stock and replenish kitchen supplies including ingredients utensils and dishware
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic work environment
- Support cooks by handling prep work plating assistance and running food to designated areas
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries ensuring proper rotation of ingredients
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or chefs
