Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • No prior kitchen experience required but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential

Job Duties

  • Assist with basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables portioning ingredients and preparing sauces
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including washing dishes sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly
  • Stock and replenish kitchen supplies including ingredients utensils and dishware
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic work environment
  • Support cooks by handling prep work plating assistance and running food to designated areas
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries ensuring proper rotation of ingredients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or chefs
