Job Requirements
- Must have 6 months plus experience in a diverse kitchen environment
- Must be available at least 20 hours per week
- Working Tuesday night into Wednesday early morning and Saturday night into Sunday early morning is required as peak food days
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

- Minimum of 6 months experience in a diverse kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills to report kitchen activities
- Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to work varied afternoon and overnight shifts primarily on weekends and select weekdays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Communicate daily kitchen activities and needs to the Studio Kitchen Supervisor
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities
- Ensure safety regulations are followed
- Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment including dishes, pots, pans, workspaces, utensils, walk-ins, floors, and walls
- Actively assist in food utilization to lower food costs and streamline inventory
- Support the Inventory Control Chief in breaking down daily inventory deliveries and proper storage
- Collaborate with kitchen users and food preparation teams to optimize kitchen operations
